As a Quality assurance you will be:
- Communicate with customers to analyze requirements
- Work with our developers and designers to understand the requirements
- Log these requirements as user stories in TFS
- Respond promptly to change requests from customers and fit them into the development
- Use Microsoft Test Manager to create and run manual and automatic test cases
- Make sure that the product fully meet customers’ expectations
- Take action to prevent or control destructive confrontation
- Use nonverbal behavior to control the interaction
- Recognize and respond to conflict as potentially useful
- Act to make different views to produce a creative alternative
- Analytical and multitasking skills; Teamwork and motivational skills
- Bachelor degree in IT or finance/accounting/business
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills in global setup.
- Passionate and self-motivated to learn and keen to constantly improve and develop skills to stay current with technology.
- Successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
- Good at critical thinking.
