Be the brand representative to provide efficient and courteous customer services at designated locations and deliver a seamless travel experience to our customers
Process and consolidate daily orders with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and scheduled drivers
Solve problems, build and maintain a collaborative relationship with local merchants and Klook team by providing positive, encouraging and informative feedback
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required
Requirements:
You should be a Vietnam National or have eligibility to work in VN
Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including weekend)
Bachelor degree or above (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations is a plus
Comfortable with the startup’s fast-paced environment
Global and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

A: 07.00 AM - 03.00 PM
B: 03.00 PM - 11.00 PM
C: 11.00 PM - 07.00 AM
