To maintain those scores, our client support staff must be detail focused, able to make quick informed decisions, and have a passion for helping people above all! Because of the financial aspect of what we do, we require a huge primary focus on security and privacy.
Candidates must have previous experience in providing client service support.
Ideally, at least one year in a client service field. They must have excellent communication skills, including being able to actively listen.
They must be detail oriented, with a proficiency in written English.
Candidates should have at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Business or Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Finance.
Recent graduates will be considered, despite not having the minimum one year in a client service field.
This is an office-based position, located in Ho Chi Minh City. Candidates should be residents in the city, or be prepared to relocate. It is a full time position featuring flexible working hours, with the expectation that you will be working at least 40 hours a week, potentially more.
You will be hired as an employee, and will receive payment for your work at the end of each month.
We will
provide all the required equipment for the role, and any expenses required for travel during your training will be covered.
