Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our employees' English language skills, focusing on written grammar, pronunciation, enunciation, and correct syntax. The role is particularly critical as some of our employees will be interacting directly with our English-speaking clients.Responsibilities:
- Conduct English language sessions twice a week from 6pm to 8pm.
- Develop a curriculum focused on business English, covering both basic and advanced concepts.
- Tailor teaching methods to cater to a group of +10 people.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to improve language proficiency.
- Engage employees with interactive and practical language exercises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching English, preferably with a focus on business English.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, pronunciation, and syntax.
- Ability to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- Familiarity with the cultural nuances of EU, USA, and UK English.
