-Role Summary-

We are seeking a seasoned Content Creation/Social Media Specialist to spearhead our digital storytelling and audience engagement initiatives. In this senior role, you will strategize, develop, and disseminate compelling content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and our website, to attract and convert potential clients. Your creativity, conceptual thinking, and ability to understand our business deeply will be pivotal in driving our content strategy.

-Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and implement content and social media strategies, focusing on high ROI for client acquisition.

• Craft engaging, professional content, including blog posts, social media updates, and videos, tailored to our target audience.

• Analyze and report on content performance, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

• Engage with our community across platforms, building a strong brand presence.

• Collaborate closely with other departments to gain comprehensive business insights.

• Manage and potentially enhance our website content and design.

-Candidate Profile-

• At least 2 years of experience

• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and strategy development.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling data.

• Independent, fast learner, with excellent conceptual and creative thinking abilities.

• Basic graphic design and website management skills are a plus.

• 1-3 months training period

• A competitive salary

• Starting 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND

• 500,000 VND/month for transport

• 40,000 VND/day for lunch

• Bonuses based on performance

• Monday to Friday

• 9am to 6pm
