- Working closely with club management to effectively propose, review and support clubs' performance based on business goal including analysis of geographical areas and propose appropriate marketing activities & budget by month, quarter
- Planning and implementing in-club promotion, events, guest/lead generation and other activities to support lead generation and revenue in clubs. Keeping tracking, following up the in-club marketing activities/events results.
- Supporting other departments to implement communications programs on demand (Sales, PT, GX, Yoga…) Keeping tracking the process, support clubs and report
- Managing visibility of branding and collaterals in clubs following guidelines and policies to ensure maximum exposure.
- Seeking for marketing partners to support sales
- Coordinating with club management to maintain relationship with building management (where club is located)
- At least 1 previous experience year in a similar marketing role
- College or bachelor’s degree in Marketing field
- English proficiency (4 skills)
- Excellent in communicating, making relationship, analyzing & solving problems, speech skills, presentation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Self - directed innovation and management with positive learning attitude.
- Have a passion for health and fitness
