- Coordinate with
different departments upon request to create content for both internal and
external communications
- Coordinate with
different departments and outsourcing partners to produce media materials to
support both internal and external events/ campaigns
- Take the
initiative in managing and developing content for ISV’s website, Facebook and
other online marketing channels; proactively coordinate with various
departments to maintain and update all relevant information on these channels
as part of ISV’s promotion strategy
- Identify and make
proposals for ‘new media’ opportunities as part of any proactive promotion
strategy
- Brainstorm and
take the initiative in building communication plans to support ISV’s promotion
campaigns
- Provide
proofreading, editing and communications advice upon request
- Undertake any
other duties as required from time to time
- Vietnamese only
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 1 year of
experience in the same position
- Fluent in English
- Very strong
written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with student,
parents, local and foreign customers
- Ability to contact with media
- Detail oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Creative and flexible
- MS Office experience and proficiency
- Familiar with
graphic design soft wares, online marketing tools/ techniques/ social media
platforms
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and strictly meet
deadlines
- Motivated self-starter
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in identifying solutions
