CURRICULUM TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR

·         Conducting and/or supporting Online program checks

·         Setting frameworks and assigning correct soft contents/activity types on Online management systems

·         Conducting testing of the assigned soft contents/activity types before the users use them

·         Supporting campuses to open classes and manage programs on School’s online campus management system

·         Manage soft contents created on the company’s online content banks

·         Communicating between the departments, Korean R&D, campuses, etc.

·         Answer questions and, when necessary, providing information regarding provided ONLINE in-class and Homework

·         Create and set course schedules for offline and online content and curriculum

·         Set study schedules for both ONLINE in-class and Homework programs

·         Getting trained and learning new programs for ADMIN tasks

·         Plan for and make the weekly and monthly plans and any team project plans, including the assigning of the tasks to team members

·         Explain/instruct tasks to current and new staff members and provide, when necessary, guidance and training

·         Communicate with other POLY HQ teams and departments

·         Graduated from College. (at least 3-year Associate’s Degree)

·         Good at English skills (IELTS 4.5-5; TOEIC 500-600) or equivalent

·         Good communication skills

·         Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (MOS Certificate-Specialist or Certificate B) and Google Apps (i.e. Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)

·         Good at paying attention to details

·         Fast at learning new things

·         Adaptability and flexibility with a can-do attitude

·         Strong preference:

·         Advanced computer skills and analytical skills

·         Experience or knowledge of learning management systems

·         Supervisory experience
