  • Punctual and responsible. We run a very lean operation, so attendance is critical.
  • Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues while maintaining high quality outputs.
  • When things don't go as planned: you should be able to stay calm and think clearly in stressful or challenging situations.
  • Solution-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Strong English skills, particularly writing skill and a good email etiquette are desirable.
  • Past customer service experience is a plus but not required.
