- Establish beneficial relationships with our key clients, especially in Corporate segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue
- Set goals and determine action plans to achieve targets for new and existing business
- Improve customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty by deliver a positive event experience
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager
- Bachelor/Diploma degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related education background.
- At least 2 year experience in a similar role in Hotel, Convention Center, B2B sales or Travel agent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good at both speaking & writing in English.
