- Consulting, take legal action in accordance with the procedural laws to protect the lawful rights and interests of the Company.
- Solve all disputes, complaints relating to the Company in Court and state authorities.
- Support in legal problems regarding business operation, investment, construction, completion and putting our projects into use.
- Consulting, carry out legal procedure regarding our company’s investment and operation.
- Negotiate, draft, review variety of contracts, agreements arising in business operation of the Company.
- Consulting, draft and review legal documents were issued by the Company to ensure that is compliance with law.
- Update government’s policy in order to give timely advice to help the Company avoid legal risks influencing its business operation.
- Advise, support other Departments on legal matters as required.
1. Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Law.
- At least five (05) years experience in doing the similar jobs as legal consultant and Corporate affairs.
- As Official Lawyer more than 03 years.
- Experience working for Real Estate industry is an advantage.
- Experience in the counsel for the defence/prosecution.
- Experience in consulting in the areas of administrative, civil, economic.
