  • Payroll calculation and management, attendance/ leave record for employees.
  • Prepare monthly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Managing all employee information data in HRM System.
  • Control and do labor contract, violation decision, salary increasing decision,…
  • PIT declaration, PIT finalization & dependence registration
  • Analyze and do reports relate C&B
  • Manage performance appraisal and 13th salary, bonus yearly
  • Other tasks is assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Min. 1 year – experience as C&B Staff
  • Good command in English (B Level)
  • Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...)
  • Good Skill relating to calculating Payroll, PIT, Insurance….
  • High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Budget control
