Report to: HR Specialist
• Input employee data into relevant HR internal systems and keep all information most updated
• Control in/out and e-leave function
• Manage increase/decrease of “accident and health insurance program” for employees and dependents
• Assist employee’s onboarding and resignation process
• Support recruitment process on job posting and interview arrangement
• Calculate allowances for employees on business assignment
• File employee’s relevant documents
• Assist Expats for relocation/documentations
• Other duties as assigned
• University graduate, preferably with major in foreign language, human resource management or business administration
• Good command in both Vietnamese and English, Italian language knowledge is preferable
• Good computer skills (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Well organized, proactive with positive attitude
• Pay attention to details and good level of numeracy
• Ability to handle multi-tasking
• The ability to interact across all levels of an organization and across a global environment.
