To provide services to the Sales & After Sales Department with:
• Update and follow-up working time sheet
• Make travel requests (in TNSJ system) and cash advance for business trip
• Make request for Duty Leave / Annual Leave (in HR portal system) if required
• Support to claim expenses on Balance Sheet Management
• Assist for business trips including invitation letter, required documents for visa, hotel, pick-up
• Assist to book car for business purposes as per requirement
• Any other tasks required by Line Manager
• University Degree.
• 2-3 years of experience at the same position.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Good organizing skills, hard-working, careful, attention to details and multi-task.
• Administrative skills and duties
• Computer skills: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Able to work in team.
