To manage and promote sales activities (including signing sales contracts and manage sales volumes)
- Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
- Approach potential clients through agreed channels 
- Support Sales Coordinator throughout on-boarding process
- Negotiate & close contracts with clients
To develop and maintain key accounts
- Develop & execute key account plans based on client strategy 
- Conduct up-selling activities
- Address client concerns
To support and advise the clients on system usabilities and system improvements
- Participate in designing and describing workflows, functionalities and inter-departmental processes
- Conduct induction for new clients on system usabilities
- Support System Coordinator to communicate with clients
To perform other supporting tasks
- Prepare contracts and other admin tasks to support sales activities
- Support Finance in chasing & collect overdue payments
And other related tasks as assigned or deemed necessary to ensure the job purpose is achieved

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- EXPERIENCE: 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
- English: advanced English is required since the job involves communicating in English with overseas clients – also over the phone.
