Sales Supervisor (Ho Chi Minh & Vũng Tàu)

Department: Front Office 
Reports To: Front Office Manager (FOM) / Centre Manager (CM)
Direct Subordinates: Programme Advisor, Senior Programme Adviser, Receptionist & Cashier 
Job Purpose: Support FOM/TCM in managing department’s operations. Together with SPA/PA to obtain sales target.
Working Relationships: Coordinate and support relevant departments
Internal ELT, MCP, FO, ADM, Academic, MRK, ACC
External Customers and students

Responsibilities
 Be responsible for sales target assigned by TCM 
 Assign tasks and arrange working schedule for staff
 Monitor PA performance 
 Monitor telesales performance 
 Verify and finish reports as required 
 Handle arising problem under authorisation 
 Support Center Manager for department workshop and training for new staff 
 Handle other tasks as of PA’s (refer to PA’s job description)

 Excellent product knowledge
 Sales orientation
 Ownership and leadership skills
 Handling complaints skills
 University graduated
 At least 6 years’ experience in counseling, advising or customer service 
Skills
 Good communication & persuasion skills
 Good organisation and presentation skills 
 Ability to analyse, interpret or evaluate information 
 Skill to handle customer complaints
Language Fluent in both English and Vietnamese ( Placement Test Level > = Upper-Intermediate)
Computer Good at computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team 
 Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
 Shift working
 Ability to work under pressure
 Experience in education and training or service organisation is preferable
 Good team building spirit
