Define sales strategy and market for assigned group product (including marketing investigation, targeting, and activity plan) with support by managers.
• Make appointments with appropriate persons in charge in potential customers to have a close interview with appropriate persons in customers and identify hidden issues behind their business processes
• Understand customers' business goal and issues deeply and able to find an appropriate solution to solves the issue. Manage customers' expectations to meet their requirement with our capabilities.
• Creates a proposal based on existing technical solution or study potential technology solution to solve customer issue. Cooperate with technical team to conduct feasibility study or proof of concept/pilot project with customer.
• Close the order and process the contract procedure correctly.
• Attain and exceed individual and team sales target
• General tasks in managing team are assigned by manager.
Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, IT or related field
• At least 5-7 years of the experience in Sales position.
• Having experience in a particular industry such as manufacturer, service, logistics retail, etc. or in a particular system solution.
• Sales skill, Solving problems skill, Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill ability to motivate teams, participate in and facilitate group meetings, delegate jobs.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive

• Good in English
