Scope of Work:

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information.

Responsibility:

  • Performing day to day operational activities in customer service
  • Giving excellent services to customers
  • Receive and respond to all incoming inquiries by: phone, email, Facebook, chat, other as needed.
  • Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities
  • Additional training during the probation

Working time: shift work (3-4 night shifts/month, 10PM - 6AM), work any 6 days per week, off 5-6 days/month

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 6-month experiences in Customer Service in Call Center in Contact Center
  • Good at English both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on the weekend, national holidays
  • Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including, 3-4 days/month)
  • Able to adapt to dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
  • Able to work under pressure and in a large team
