Recruiting 01 HR Payroll Consultant in Ha Noi and 01 HR Payroll Consultant in HCMC with the responsibilities as following:
- Understand the deliverables to Client as per service contract signed between Client and Company to ensure our service quality is performed efficiently.
- Perform full cycle payroll processing and all associated tasks as required to ensure compliance with the laws in Vietnam and meeting client’s requirements.
- Deliver documentations and reports to client in a timely manner as per the timeline agreed and compliance with Vietnam laws.
- Develop client's documentations and deliverables, filings and keep records properly.
- Provide an exceptional client and vendor customer service experience.
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement through interviews/ analysis and implement those process improvements.
- Assess client processes and systems utilisation for regulatory compliance.
- Consult clients on changes and updates of regulations related to HR and Payroll.
- Support other consultants in the company for any queries relating to Labor Law, PIT, Social security law and HR matters.
- Assist to prepare proposal and service agreement to clients for new engagement of services.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors when required.
- Comply with company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to data security and confidentiality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor and Head of Department from time to time.
