  • Graduated from University with majors in Electrical/ Electronic or Mechanical.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Semiconductor or SMT Industry. Service engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
