- Managing Front of House (FOH) Finance
- Line managing the Customer Management and Telesales Executives
- Meeting and exceeding internal stakeholders’ expectations
- Providing reports on various aspects of customer management and telesales performance

The ideal candidate should have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese (desirable for IELTS 6.5 or above)
- Degree in Business or Sales
- Proven experience in customer services and sales management roles
- Relevant experience in events/ market research and Comms/PR
- Team management
 

Lương và phúc lợi

- Payband 6/G (From VND33,044,000 per month)
- Standard working hours of 37.5 hours and five days a week
- 24 days of Annual Leave per annum, 15 days public holidays (combination of Vietnam and UK public holidays)
