** OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage marketing activities of products (TEEN, AE, TOEFL) and designer team to ensure POSM and images of public schools look professional, consistent and entice the customers
- Be responsible for marketing activities for assigned products and POSM of all products at public schools
- Be the champion and in charge of building system, process and culture for key marketing functionalities assigned by HOD
- Establish and strengthen good relationship with media, business community and other stake holders that would facilitate further growth of assigned products
- Provide staff with relevant training and coaching;
- Maintain and strengthen marketing team, create good working environment, good team spirit;
- Provide leadership and management for marketing, public relation, product management, online channels, event marketing, creative services
** SPECIFIEC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Management of products
- Provide BOM with relevant internal and external analysis (market and product) and recommend concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis;
- Propose strategic Marketing and communication plan and monitor the budget to meet business objectives
- Managing team, supervising the execution of mar-com activities and analyze the effectiveness of these activities to make the improvement where necessary
- Develop events marketing plan and oversee the execution
- Develop and maintain reliable marketing intelligent system;
2. In charge of designer team
- Ensure images of public school and POSM be aligned with company guidelines and look professional
- Propose KPI and working process to supervise the workload, productivity and quality of designer team

** WORKING TIME:
- Normally working time: 8:30-17:30 from Mondays to Fridays. Work on weekends if required by line manager.
- Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00
