The Site Coordinator position is a site-based coordination/supervision position in Language Link Vietnam’s (LLV) Đông Anh Project. The Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that their particular site operates a safe and supervised, which is conducive to an online and offline learning, program quality.
Description of Duties
• To provide overall coordination and operation for the implementation of English programs (English for Very Young Learners/ Young Learners/ Teenagers/Working people) in Đông Anh town.
• To understand the system run in Đông Anh and lead Đông Anh Consultation/Customer Service/Teaching Assistant team to deal with customers in sales and customer service area.
• To liaise with native/local teachers’ issues, which include but not limited to teacher’s illness, covering, teacher’ scheduling, and doing monthly timesheet for teachers.
• To work with Academic Coordinator (AC) to maintain program/teacher quality through class/teacher observations.
• To assist AC and coordinate with HR in hiring teachers for all types of classes.
• To maintain professional relationships and constant communication with all stakeholders e.g project staff members/teachers, teachers at college, school site administrators and students on all sorts of program activities.
• To be representative of Language Link in Đông Anh dealing with LLV’s partners/clients (could be principle, vice principle, functional government officers and students of Colleges/Schools in Đông Anh).
• To work with Academic Coordinator/ Site Administrator to build up the content for extra curriculum activities for students, such as English Clubs, English festivals, and other activities.
• To do administration works e.g prepare monthly/quarterly reports; order stationaries, books for native teachers working at school, purchasing stuffs related to the project….
• To perform other duties as assigned.
Reporting line
• To report directly to Corporate Link Scheduler/Corporate Link Manager (to be adjusted when necessary)
Requirements
• On job training/Induction at Language Link before working at site.
• Understand academic/operations systems and products quickly and know how-to-work in project site working environment.
• Coordination experience in recreation or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with teaching criteria assessments.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate sensitivity to others.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent management skills. inter
• Excellent in working computer software programs.
• Proficiency in English
