Education Consultant

As an E2 Education Consultant, you will professionally advise clients on course selection, craft a personalized learning plan, and maintain relationships with families over time.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and long-term goals. Consistently maintain and optimize communication with a portfolio of contacts through various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
• Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
• Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle questions about Everest Education and our offerings.

Working Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours/ 5 days/ week (2 days off/ week)
• Location: 670-672 Ba Thang Hai, Ward 14, District 10

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you have them all:

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education or Service industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Passion in Education.
• Good problem-solving and organizing skills.
• Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable with changes.

These are additional qualifications or "nice to haves" that will help you stand out during the application process.

• Good local knowledge of Ho Chi Minh City, especially District 10 area.
• Willingness to travel to our various Learning Centers within Ho Chi Minh City and have flexible working hours.
